Mark Somen is a professional hotelier who was born and raised in Kenya and moved to the USA in 1989. He has worked in hotels and private members’ clubs his whole professional life including running Soho House New York and the Tribe Hotel in Nairobi. Mark has participated in the Rhino Charge on a number of occasions. He has been involved in a number of charitable organisations including Film Aid and is a Director of Masai Wilderness Conservation Trust.
He holds a degree in Hotel Management from University of Surrey.
